In "Eye of the Beholder", a woman had undergone her eleventh plastic surgery on her face in an attempt to look normal. Her head was completely bandaged for most of the episode. When the bandages finally came off, it was revealed that the woman was beautiful, but the surgery was a failure. It was then revealed that the the doctor and nurses had large, thick brows, sunken eyes, swollen and twisted lips, and wrinkled noses with extremely large nostrils.
